Since officially commencing operations in February 2022, the new facility has achieved simultaneous improvements in production capacity, product quality, and operational efficiency by optimizing its production layout, upgrading its equipment, and refining its quality‑control system, thereby providing robust manufacturing support for the company’s efforts to deepen its presence in Southwest China and expand into the ASEAN market, according to the Nanning Municipal People’s Government.
According to reports, Wutuo Machinery’s new Wutang plant is located in the Yongning Village Industrial Park, Wutang Town, Xingning District, Nanning. Covering a total area of 30 mu and boasting 22,000 square meters of factory space, construction commenced in August 2021 and the facility officially began production in February 2022—taking just six months from groundbreaking to commissioning, a feat that has set a new benchmark for industrial project development in Xingning District, earning it the nickname “Wutuo Speed.” The Nanning Municipal People’s Government notes that the new plant employs standardized, modular design and is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC cutting, bending, welding, and painting machinery. Key processes have been automated to a semi‑automatic level, significantly enhancing product consistency and stability. With an annual designed capacity of 6,000 tractors and 4,000 agricultural trailers, the plant underscores Nanning’s commitment to advancing its manufacturing sector.
Over the four years since commencing production, Wutuo Machinery has leveraged the capacity advantages of its new facility to steadily expand its market reach. Its products now serve the entire Guangxi region and are exported far beyond, reaching Guangdong, Guizhou, Hainan, as well as Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam and Myanmar, with export volumes growing year after year. At the same time, the company has continuously strengthened quality control, rigorously adhered to national agricultural machinery safety standards, and refined its factory‑exit inspection procedures. As a result, product failure rates have dropped significantly, and customer satisfaction has continued to improve. The company has also obtained ISO quality management system certification, passed provincial agricultural machinery appraisal, and been recognized as a “Guangxi Customer‑Satisfied Enterprise,” among other honors from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Agricultural Mechanization Service Center.
Wutuo Machinery stated that, going forward, it will continue to leverage the platform of its new Wutang plant to accelerate the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, digital management, and green production; further expand production capacity, optimize its product mix, and enhance brand influence. The company is committed to establishing itself as a benchmark enterprise in China’s hilly‑mountain agricultural machinery and sugarcane‑processing sectors, thereby contributing the “Wutuo force” to serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, supporting rural revitalization, and advancing agricultural modernization.
