The sugarcane inter-row cultivation, fertilization, and soil‑hilling machine (hereafter referred to as the hiller) is a sugarcane management implement that connects to a power unit via a three-point hitch and a drive shaft. It integrates rotary tillage, weeding, fertilization, and soil hilling into a single operation, making it suitable for fertilizing and hilling sugarcane and other crops.

The main gearbox configurations include: an 8‑cavity middle box with a 6‑cavity side box, an 8‑cavity middle box with an 8‑cavity side box, and a 9‑cavity middle box with an 8‑cavity side box; drive shaft types: hexagonal shaft plus universal joint, or hexagonal shaft plus splined sleeve; standard rotary tillage cutter roller types: 4 (rollers) × 6 and 4 (rollers) × 9; “Bawang” disc‑type cutter configurations: single‑disc models—4 (discs) × 4 (blades), 4 (discs) × 6 (blades)—and double‑disc models—8 (discs) × 6 (blades); hopper materials: available in 210 and 304 stainless steel; fertilizer rack: optional. During the fertilization process, the soil‑loosening machine uses a flexible‑shaft switch to adjust the opening size of the hopper outlet, while a reduction gear drives a scraper plate to mix the fertilizer, allowing it to fall into the hopper and be conveyed through the delivery tube for application.
