Detailed Introduction

A rotary tiller is an agricultural implement used for field management, connected to a power machine via a three-point hitch and a transmission shaft. It is primarily employed for tasks such as breaking up ridges, pulverizing soil, leveling, and weeding, and is suitable for use on dryland, paddy fields, sloping terrain, sandy soils, and other types of land. Its power range is 44.1 kW and above; the transmission type features an intermediate gearbox, with gear module options including 8, 9, 10, and 12, and speed ratios of 1.85 (14/26) and 2.15 (13/28), among others. The main types of cutter drums include rotary tillage drums, “Bawang” tillage drums, paddy-field tillage drums, and weeding tillage drums. Our company’s 1GKN‑230, 1GKN‑250, and 1GKN‑280 rotary tillers have passed provincial-level promotion and appraisal and have been included in the agricultural machinery subsidy catalog. For models 250 and 280, the central government subsidy is RMB 2,300 per unit, while model 230 receives a central subsidy of RMB 1,800 per unit.
