Detailed Introduction

The liquid fertilizer spreader (hereinafter referred to as the “spreader”) is a liquid‑spraying irrigation and management device that connects to a power unit via a hitch and drive shaft, or is mounted permanently at a fixed location. It is primarily used for spraying, irrigation, and cleaning operations, and is suitable for irrigating crops, landscaping, urban roads, and municipal green spaces. The spreader performs spraying through nozzles at its rear; by adjusting the nozzle angle, the spray width can be modified. Irrigation is carried out using a spray gun at the front; by regulating the gun’s elevation angle and nozzle settings, the spray range and spray pattern—either a solid jet or a mist—can be adjusted. The optimal irrigation gear in the transmission is second gear. Our company’s 2FYP‑15.6 model spreader has passed national promotion and appraisal and has been included in the agricultural machinery subsidy catalog. For models with a working width of 15 meters or more, the central government subsidy amounts to RMB 11,000 per unit.
